Phase Classification Phase A – Oil Phase (Heat to 75°C)

Emulsification (Blend A & B)
Heat Phase A and Phase B separately to 75°C. Slowly add Phase B to Phase A (or vice versa) under high-shear homogenization. Emulsify at 3000–5000 rpm for 3–5 minutes. Begin cooling while continuously stirring until the temperature drops below 45°C.
